车行道隔离设施
Lane isolation facilities
1.车行道隔离设施是用来分隔对向或同向行驶的交通流,并有禁止车辆左转进出行驶和行人任意穿越道路的作用,一般设置在道路中心线上或车道分隔线上。车行道隔离设施分为车行道中心隔离设施(分隔对向)和车行道分界隔离设施(分隔同向)。
1. Lane separation facilities are used to separate the traffic flow of opposite direction or the same direction, and have the function of prohibiting vehicles from turning left in and out and pedestrians crossing the road arbitrarily, which are generally set on the road center line or lane separation line. The isolation facilities of the carriageway are divided into the central isolation facilities of the carriageway (separating the opposite direction) and the dividing isolation facilities (separating the same direction).
2.车行道隔离设施主要采用三种形式:绿化分隔带、隔离护栏、混凝土防撞墙。在市区范围内,优先选取的形式依次为绿化分隔带、隔离护栏;在市郊范围内,优先选取的形式依次为绿化分隔带、混凝土防撞墙、隔离护栏。
2. There are three main types of isolation facilities: green separation belt, isolation guardrail and concrete anti-collision wall. In the urban area, the preferred forms are green separation belt and isolation fence; in the suburban area, the preferred forms are green partition belt, concrete anti-collision wall and isolation fence.
3.同一道路上应设置统一样式的车行道隔离设施。

4.符合下列条件之一的新建、改建道路可设置车行道中心隔离设施:
4. The newly-built and reconstructed roads meeting one of the following conditions can be provided with the central isolation facilities of the carriageway:
(1)道路中设有高架道路、大型桥梁墩柱的地方又无其它隔离措施的。
(1) There are no other isolation measures where there are elevated roads and large bridge piers in the road.
(2)桥梁、高架道路、立交、隧道双向交通的出入口与地面道路连接的路段。
(2) The section connecting the entrance and exit of two-way traffic of bridge, viaduct, interchange and tunnel with the ground road.
(3)高等级道路与一般道路双向交通连接的过渡路段。
(3) The transition section between high-grade road and general road.
(4)车行道四车道及以上的单幅城市道路。
(4) A single urban road with four lanes or more.
5.桥梁、高架道路、立交桥等出入口引道处的延长线路段位置可设置车行道分界隔离设施。
5. The separation facilities of carriageway boundary can be set at the extended line section at the entrance and exit approaches of bridges, viaducts and overpasses.
6.车行道隔离设施应明显易见,端部应配置反光设施,在无照明或照明较差的路段上应全线配置反光设施,并在端部设置反光或防撞设施。反光设施和防撞设施的形式及设置请参见本指引相关章节内容。
6. The isolation facilities of the carriageway should be obvious and easy to see, and the end should be equipped with reflective facilities. In the section without lighting or poor lighting, reflective facilities should be provided along the whole line, and reflective or anti-collision facilities should be set at the end. For the form and setting of reflective and anti-collision facilities, please refer to the relevant sections of this guideline.
机非隔离设施
Isolation facilities
1.机非隔离设施是用来分隔同向行驶的机动车和非机动车交通流,设置在机动车与非机动车分界线上。
1. The separation facilities for motor vehicles and non motor vehicles are used to separate the traffic flow of motor vehicles and non motor vehicles in the same direction, and are set on the boundary line between motor vehicles and non motor vehicles.
2.机非隔离设施主要采用两种形式:绿化分隔带和隔离护栏。
There are two main types of barrier and non green separation facilities.
3.同一道路上应设置统一样式的机非隔离设施。
3. The same road should be set up with a uniform type of isolation facilities.
4.道路断面中,非机动车与机动车位于同一平面,且非机动车车道宽度在1.5m以上可设置机非隔离设施。
4. In the road section, non motor vehicles and motor vehicles are located on the same plane, and the lane width of non motor vehicles is more than 1.5 m, the separation facilities can be set.
5.在道路断面中,非机动车与行人于同一平面时,机非隔离设施可参照人行道隔离设施进行设置。

人行道隔离设施
Sidewalk isolation facilities
1.人行道隔离设施是设置在人行道外边缘,起保护行人在人行道上有秩序地活动,并有防止行人任意步入和横穿车行道的作用。
1. The sidewalk isolation facilities are set at the outer edge of the sidewalk to protect pedestrians from moving orderly on the sidewalk and prevent pedestrians from entering and crossing the roadway at will.
2.人行道隔离设施的形式主要是绿化分隔带和人行道护栏。在市区范围内,人行道宽度大于2.5m时,优先选取的形式依次为绿化分隔带、人行道护栏,当人行道宽度不大于2.5m时,人行道隔离设施应选择设置人行道护栏。
2. The main forms of sidewalk isolation facilities are greenbelt and sidewalk guardrail. In the urban area, when the width of sidewalk is greater than 2.5m, the preferred form is green partition belt and sidewalk guardrail. When the width of sidewalk is not more than 2.5m, sidewalk barrier should be selected for sidewalk isolation facilities.
3.人行道隔离设施类型采用绿化分隔带时,可参照市政设计相关规定进行设计施工。
3. When the type of sidewalk isolation facilities adopts green separation belt, the design and construction can be carried out according to the relevant provisions of municipal design.
4.同一路段应设置统一样式的人行道隔离设施。

(1)城市道路有商业路段、路口的地方。
(1) There are commercial sections and intersections on urban roads.
(2)城市道路安装信号灯的路口。
(2) Signalized intersection of urban road.
(3)车站、码头、地铁、天桥和大型公共场所的出入口及周围相连的道路上。
(3) The entrance and exit of stations, docks, subways, overpasses and large public places and the surrounding roads.
(4)停车场(库)和大、中型单位与道路相连的出入口局部路段。
(4) Parking lots (garages) and local sections of entrances and exits connected with roads for large and medium-sized units.
6.人行道隔离设施开口是提供车辆和行人遵照规定通行的通道口,应根据交通管理需要在确保安全情况下进行设置。
6. The opening of sidewalk isolation facilities is the passageway for vehicles and pedestrians to pass in accordance with the regulations, which should be set according to the traffic management needs under the condition of ensuring safety.
7.设置人行道隔离护栏遇障碍物,如消防拴、邮箱和电杆等,应采取避让原则,或者将护栏开口与障碍物进行结合,在不影响障碍物功能的前提下,保持护栏的连续性、美观性。
7. The sidewalk isolation guardrail shall be set up. When encountering obstacles, such as fire hydrant, mailbox and electric pole, the principle of avoiding shall be adopted, or the opening of guardrail shall be combined with the obstacle to maintain the continuity and beauty of the guardrail without affecting the function of the barrier.
